About "Maggie"

Maggie is just shy of year old and is already walking, she enjoys watching infomercials, screaming in restaurants, pooping her diaper after her bath, and being the best baby in the world.

Stereotype Much?

Today my mom came to stop by to drop off my pictures that I had left about a week ago at my parents' house (they are our family portraits that Adrian, me, and Maggie took the week before Thanksgiving. I soon will post those pictures on here.) So we had a girls' lunch, and Adrian had a day with his friend. My mom and I decided to go to Baker's Square. Maggie was all good sitting in the high chair until our food arrived that's were it got a little bad. She was screaming and fussing around in her chair, but not to the point where she looked like a bad kid but just being a baby. Although, people were looking over and I began to wonder what people were thinking of me or thinking of her. I was kind of worried if they thought I was a bad mom and that I can't handle my own child. And I didn't want them to stereotype me with other young Mexican moms. Nevertheless I know I shouldn't let this get to me because I know that I am a good mom even though I'm young, I'm still learning and that being a mother at a young age is hard but I am doing pretty good so far.

After Adrian's friend left this evening, Halina took Maggie so him and I could go out to the garage to clean 'Stacy'. Now Stacy is Adrian's car. But not to Adrian is she a car, to him Stacy is like his sexy 1990 stick shift red Celica toy car. He loves this car so much, he bought himself which I think is part of the reason, but he has decided to sell his beauty for some extra cash. So we took her to the garage to clean her up. And now she looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Although I am pretty happy he is selling it. It was hard to drive around with Maggie in the back, because her car seat would be a tight squeeze and we wouldn't be able to put the stroller in the trunk. And I am all okay with this because I get to drive 'Betsy' more often, since I couldn't drive Stacy because of the stick shift. Betsy is Adrian's other car, Toyota Camry.
